This duplex is part of a 10 duplex community. A brief phone interview will take place prior to showing the unit to confirm your potential application would likely meet our rental criteria. The rental application is available online, which you will be able to fill out from your smart device or computer, but paper ones may be provided on request. A holding deposit of $100 is required to reserve the unit while your application processes. Your credit and background check will be processed, which will be applied from this deposit ($25 per adult). Once your application is approved, the remainder of your deposit will be applied to your move in costs. You would sign the lease within 5 business days of your application being approved. At lease signing you will be required to pay at minimum first month's rent and select your move in date, which should be within 3 weeks of unit becoming available. On or before the day you take occupancy, the security deposit and any other move in amounts will be due. All move in amounts are due and payable prior to moving in and no partial payments or payment plans are allowed. Leases are typically 6 months or one year.
