Our Operations team is seeking Financial Specialists (Loan Processors) for our Country Home Loan portfolio. Reporting to the VP-Central Servicing, these full-time roles will be based in our Spokane, WA headquarters.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Prepares and processes home loan files, regulatory disclosures and loan closing documents.
Coordinates closings, prepares files for funding, and performs final review of title policy.
Monitors escrow accounts and assures compliance with company policy and industry regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent education and at least two years' experience in lending, banking, or related operations roles. Strong attention to detail and confidence in learning multiple software systems is essential. Previous title policy experience preferred. Registration with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) will be required within 60 days of assuming this role, and company sponsored training is available.
