Is on-call REQ? Yes weeknight/weekend - rotating

Locals accepted: No, Traveler's permanent address cannot be local within 50 miles of the facility
Pending License accepted: (Y/N): Must have License in hand prior to start. Note WA OR Tech License typically only takes about 6-8 weeks to issue from application date
