replaces, or makes adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary Promotes and ensures compliance with Safety programs throughout the facility.
Partners with HDT safety professionals to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state safety/health regulations (OSHA, environmental, etc.
) Provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisors Provides leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization Adheres to all quality and safety standards Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned Minimum Job Requirements Minimum 7 years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelors degree in related field preferred Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level Experience in Lean manufacturing environments Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements Background in manufacturing methods, process improvement programs/procedures is required Excellent organizational skills Ability to maintain a safe work environment Possesses quality orientation and high attention to detail Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors, employees and managers at all levels within the company Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.
g.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
