This individual will manage, maintain, and improve the supply chain that includes:
purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, order fulfillment, and transportation.
To be successful in this role you must have the mindset equipped with continuous planning and analysis, problem solving, and seeking efficient solutions.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines as a strong team player will be keys for success.

The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert and strategic guidance on supply chain and logistics management.
Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend vendors and service providers to optimize supply chain performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Develop and implement inventory management strategies.
Maintain, develop, and improve processes.
Conduct risk assessments and develop crisis or disaster plans to minimize impact of supply chain disruptions.
Develop, maintain, and manage third party logistics.
Develop and oversee importing and exporting processes.
Be familiar with, find, and implement supply chain softwares and programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outgoing and open personality.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Have accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership.

Qualifications:
10
years of experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, supply chain management, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.
Formal education in any related field.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain and logistics strategies.
Strong manufacturing background.
