We are now accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor.
Scope and Purpose:
To be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the maintenance of the portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company and residents welfare.
Keep the grounds, garbage container areas, hallways, garages and/or parking lots, in a neat and orderly manner, not allowing any trash or debris to accumulate.
Assist management/leasing staff with curb appeal which may include detailing model units, putting out balloons, banners, a-boards, etc.
Complete work orders.
Regular maintenance of the building exteriors and interiors.
Parking areas are to be maintained in a clean and safe manner.
Keep an inventory on all parts and tools belonging to the community.
Maintain a neat and organized workshop area free of clutter and debris.
Turn vacant units within 7 days of the prior residents move-out, scheduling all vendors and maintenance technician to assure timeliness of turn process.
Change the lock(s) on all vacant unit doors.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related experience and/or training.
Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
