Be one of the few Real Estate agents that receive a salary plus commission Receive great training Receive real estate leads to follow up with Have a team of real estate professionals by your side We will give you weekly coaching, to help you be the best version of yourself Bonuses throughout the year on top of the commission Salary will go up as you become more experienced and your results increase What Does It Take to Join Our Team, You Must:
Be willing and able to obtain your real estate license (We offer a discount) Real Estate license is 90 hours of study and then take the Real Estate Exam, so it is possible to get your license in 2-3 weeks if you are dedicated Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful Treat this as your best career and show up daily ready to learn Willing to call our leads and set up appointments Like helping others in there real estate dreams Have a positive attitude and have fun at work Have excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business Sales experience is a plus Be coachable and eager to learn new communication and lead conversion skills If you do not have a real estate license yet, we can help you get your license within a month if you do all that is required of you This is a salaried position, plus commission that provides unlimited potential.
