Project Manager - Partially Remote

These full-time positions reports to the Manager-Project Management and are responsible for the overall planning, management and successful completion of simultaneous medium to large projects. These positions will have the flexibility to work offsite up to 20 weeks per year. These roles also operate in a Business Analyst capacity to evaluate processes and solutions and develop and document business requirements to deliver intended business outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages assigned projects to successful completion within scope, schedule and budget. When applicable, manages small programs by leading multiple projects and project teams within the program. Facilitates discussion with project stakeholders at all levels to ensure project and intended outcomes are clearly defined. Defines project scope, budget, timelines and milestones required to meet business objectives. Organizes and leads kickoff and check-point meetings, communicating clear objectives, providing meeting notes and tracking action items. Clearly communicates expectations and success criteria to team members, vendor partners, and other stakeholders. Identifies requirements, manages project resources, and tracks activities to ensure deliverable completion; regularly reports on project status. Identifies and actively manages project risks, develops contingency or mitigation plans, and facilitates resolutions to issues and other project conflicts as necessary. Ensures assigned projects are completed in accordance with Northwest FCS' project management methodologies and meet all product development IT general controls. Leads development of organizational change management plan associated with the project, including design of new business processes, procedures, training and communication. Supports customer adoption by ensuring these activities are planned and completed. Spends approximately 20% of time in a business analyst capacity to evaluate process, develop solutions and requirements. Incumbents may lead small programs consisting of multiple projects involving sub-project streams and business teams across the organization. When applicable, completes counterparty onboarding processes in accordance with the Northwest FCS counterparty procedures. Maintains a strong working knowledge of Northwest FCS business practices, products and key systems. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Generally requires at least three years' progressively complex experience in a project manager or similar role leading multiple medium to large projects. Proven success in working with aggressive schedules and complex requirements. Strong knowledge of project management and business analysis concepts. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to persuade, encourage and motivate team members. Ability to research, write and clearly communicate business information. Ability to work under limited direction using initiative based on experience and knowledge. Preferred Qualifications No certifications or licenses are required; PMP and PMI-ACP/Agile certification preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
