Clinical Research Coordinator

Excelsior Wellness provides access to a comprehensive continuum of education, behavioral health, primary medical, social determinant, and human service providers, holistically rooted in the eight dimensions of wellness. Our subsidiaries include Excelsior Wellness Center, Excelsior Family Medicine, Excelsior Integrated Care Center, and Excelsior Holistic Schools.
The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for data collection, entry, and analysis for federal/state/and other grant programs, collecting client information, reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, assisting with report writing and data visualization. This position will also assist in Quality Assurance and Improvement activities within Excelsior.
Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree or bachelor's with 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience in data collection and analysis.
  3. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with analysis and visualization programs.
  4. Excellent organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience with IRB processes and CITI certification
  6. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to type 45 words per minute.
  7. Flexible in learning new concepts, methods, and technology.
  8. Ability to manage, protect, and maintain confidential information.
  9. Ability to pay great attention to detail.
  10. Ability to pass criminal background check in accordance with organizational standards
  11. Acceptable to driving record in accordance with organizational standards.
  12. Valid state drivers license.

Core
Responsibilities:

  1. Manages and uses clinical data for quality and grant reporting.
  2. Identify internal and external sources for data and pull/aggregate data for analysis and visualization.
  3. Assist in multiple stakeholder reporting workflows
  4. Manage Federal and State NOMs data collection, engaging and training staff in NOMs process
  5. Regular meetings with entities and departments.
  6. Facilitate report writing to internal and external stakeholders
  7. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  8. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related deliverables as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
