APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple RN's for Home Health for our client in Tukwila, WA for a 13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.
Position Title:
RN Home Health Pay Rate:
$57-$64/hr Work Location:
Tukwila, WA Shift :
8 hour Day shifts (8a-4:
30p) Hours/day:
40 hours/week, no call, no weekends Contract Duration:
13 weeks License Requirement:
Active WA RN License, BLS Certification Experience Requirement:

Job Description:
Computer literacy, including but not limited to data entry, retrieval, and report generation.
Ability to work with patients-families of all ages and in a variety of settings, including inpatient facility and patients' homes presenting diverse physical conditions and social-cultural environments as a Registered Nurse in a home health setting.
Ability to drive to and from a variety of settings in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform physical tasks which include sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending, and may include lifting a minimum of 40 pounds.
Conducting initial assessments of patients' conditions and needs as a Registered Nurse Creating individualized care plans based on patients' health status and goals as an RN Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians as a Registered Nurse Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs and symptoms as an RN Educating patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication management as a Home Health Registered Nurse Collaborating with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care as a home health RN Documenting patients' medical histories, progress notes, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner as a Registered Nurse Participating in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patients' progress and treatment plans as an RN Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice as a Registered Nurse Providing emotional support and advocacy to patients and their familiesIf you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for Home Health, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
